Epigram (from Friedrich Nietzsche) appropriately reads: "Of all writings I love only that which is written with blood." D.A. Levy (1942-1968), a modern-day poete maudit, committed suicide at age 26. He was a Cleveland-based publisher and writer, Jewish by birth with eventual Buddhist leanings; a contemporary of the well-known writers and artists of the Beat Generation. This work is comprised of D.A. Levy's poetic lamentations regarding various frustrations and run-ins with the law. Samisdat, Volume XVII, #4 (67th release), text reprinted from T.L. Kryss' 1967 anthology, "UKANHAVYRFUCKINCITIBAK"
