New York: Random House, 1953. First edition. Hardcover. 175pp. Small octavo [19.5 cm] 1/4 beige cloth with orange paper covered boards, and black and red ink stamped title and designs on the spine. Very good. The spine ends are lightly bumped. The cloth at the head of the spine is just a tiny bit frayed. There is a slight indentation in the top edge of the rear board. Very subtle spine roll. Tanned pages. With a very good dust jacket. Gently age-toned and rubbed. The spine of the dust jacket is faded, however the title is still very bold. Item #34644
From the dust jacket- "Greed and lust call the tune when a Western Killer is tracked for profit in this taut adventure in suspense!"
