The Abstract states: "Information assembled during field activities carried out periodically from September 1970 to September 1976 is summarized for 31 species of mammals that occur in the riparian region along the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. Some recent changes in the habitats of mammals in the area are discussed, and some influences of these habitat changes on the distribution and abundance of mammals are summarized."
