Includes a bibliography and an index. Very good. The edges of the spine and covers are ever so slightly rubbed and faded. There is a gift inscription on the dedication page. In a good only dust jacket, with multiple closed tears in the edges. The longest closed tear measures 2" long. The tears have been backed or covered with tape. Item #35590
