Fair condition only. The rear cover is only hanging on by a thread. The underlying boards are exposed along the edges, and the corners of the covers are bumped. There is a loss from the head of the spine that measures 1 and 1/2" wide by 1/2" deep. The cloth at the foot of the backstrip is chipped with loss, and has a thin 1" deep tear.
