Norman, OK: University of Oklahoma Press, 1962. Second edition. Hardcover. SIGNED. 316pp. Octavo [23.5 cm] Red cloth with black label on backstrip. Very good. The edges of the spine and covers are mildly rubbed and just a little bumped. The underlying boards are exposed a couple of times on the bottom edges of the covers. In a good only dust jacket.
