Top edge gilt; other edges untrimmed. Silk ribbon page marker. Very good. The extremities are rubbed and gently bumped, and the cloth at the spine ends is slightly frayed. There is a previous owner's inscription on the front free endsheet, and the endsheets are cracked along the hinges. A brief notation has been blacked out on the front pastedown.
