The extremities are heavily rubbed, and the underlying boards are exposed occasionally along the edges. The cloth at the spine ends is heavily chipped, and there is a loss from the top edge of the spine that measures 1" wide by 1/4" deep. The lettering on the spine and front cover has almost completely rubbed away. The endsheets are cracked along the hinges, and the front hinge has been glued. The front fly leaf has been cut out.
