The spine and covers are moderately rubbed, bumped and faded, and the spines are just a little rolled. There is light foxing on the text block edges. The front hinges are a bit shaky, the text block of volume 1 is cracked a couple of times, and the text block of volume 2 is cracked at p. 231. Pencil notations on the front free endsheets.
