Top edge gilt; other edges deckled. Very good. The extremities are mildly darkened and rubbed. There is a small loss from the leather at the head of the spine, and the underlying boards are exposed occasionally along the edges of the covers. There are notations in pen and pencil on the free endsheets, else the pages are clean. Item #40332
