Regarded by many as Gross's finest work. This is an early American example of the wordless novel, a story told entirely through pen and ink drawings. This work is considered to be a light hearted spoof of Lynd Ward's Gods' Man, which was published the previous year. An unusually nice copy of this work in the elusive jacket.
