There are multiple small losses from the paper of the spine and the edges of the wraps. The largest loss is from the paper at the foot of the spine- a thin loss, measuring 1" deep. There are minor damp stains on the top edges of the front cover and the first page, else the pages are clean. The first page has a 2 inch closed tear, and is beginning to detach. Item #41878
