Hardcover. 66pp. Duodecimo [17.5 cm] in blue cloth with gilt-stamped spine. 8 pages of advertisements preceding half-title, 16 following poem. Corners and spine tips lightly exposed, small white stain to spine at foot, else light wear; clippings from booksellers' catalogues advertising similar copies glued to front pastedown, front free endpaper torn out, inner hinges cracked (but holding). Text is unmarked, with final section of advertisements still uncut. Good. Item #47078
