Good. Wear to surfaces, extremities and along the spine. The front cover is cracked along the joint, however the board is still holding. There is a 2 inch long crack in the rear board along the joint at the head of the spine. The head of the spine has a small glue stain, and there are several small losses from the leather at the spine ends. There are two very long deep scratches in the leather of the front cover. There are numerous small dark stains along the edges of the text block. Front hinge partially cracked. Previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown. There is a contemporary owner's name on the front flyleaf. Age toning to fore edges. Some foxing internally. The pages are browned. Item #5600
