The spine and covers are very subtly faded and creased. There is a former owner's ink stamp on the bottom edge of the front cover. There is a short tear in the paper at the foot of the spine, and here is a one inch closed tear in the paper of the spine, near the bottom. The top corners of the pages at the end of the text are gently bumped. The pages are mildly browned. With 2 maps in the rear pocket. Item #26302
