Cantabrigiensis (Cambridge): Typis Atque Impensis Almae Matris Academiae, 1882. Hardcover. Thick octavo [22.5 cm] Dark brown cloth covered boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine and, blind stamped borders on the covers, and an embossed cross on the front cover. Deckled fore edges. Good only. The covers have mild overall rubbing, and the front board is scratched. The edges of the spine and covers are gently bumped. There are multiple short closed tears in the cloth at the ends of the spine, and there is a large chip in the cloth at the foot of the spine. There are several very tiny stains on the spine. The underlying boards are peeking through at the corners. The endsheets are split along the hinges, and the hinges are weak. Contemporary notations on the verso of the front free endsheet, and on the half title page. The pages are yellowed and have occasional light foxing. Item #30606
