Very good. The edges of the spine and covers are gently bumped and rubbed. Very minor spine lean. The cloth at the foot of the spine is just a little frayed. Light scratching to the edges of the text block. The text block is cracked at the title page, and there is a very small stain on the title page. The text block is just starting to crack at p. 251.
