Very good. The spine is faded, and the edges of the covers are subtly faded. About 1/4 of the top edge of the text block is moisture stained. The edges are a bit dinged. There are areas of darkening on the endsheets, and the pages are toned. There are occasional small, thin moisture stains in the top margins of the pages. Item #37205
