The covers are rubbed and lightly creased. The fore edge of the front cover has a short closed tear. There is a large stain on the rear wrap that measures 2 inches wide by 1 inch deep. There are a couple of very small stains on the fore edge of the text block. There are small light moisture stains in the bottom margins of the first four pages. The pages are yellowed. Item #45158
