Hardcover. 127; 165pp. Quarto [31.5 cm] Blue cloth over boards, with stamping in black ink and gilt on the backstrip and front board. Volume 1 is in very good condition, and volume 2 is in good condition. The covers are gently bowed. There is a previous owner's name at the head of the title page of volume 1. The text block of volume 2 is cracked multiple times, however the book is still sturdy. The dust jackets are in very good condition, with numerous small closed and open tears in the edges. Complete, all tipped-in illustrations and full-page illustrations present. With the Lageplan der Olympischen Kampfstatten Berlin 1936 fold-out at the rear of volume 1. Item #47867
