London: The Caxton Publishing Co, No date. Hablot K. Browne. The London Edition. Hardcover. Octavo [21 cm] Blue cloth over boards with gilt lettering and gilt tooled designs on the spines. The majority of the volumes are in very good condition, however a few of the volumes are in good only condition. The spine ends are bruised. The endpapers and surrounding leaves are occasionally darkened, and several of the front free endpapers have a former owner's name and address. The rear endpapers have very minor markings here and there. There are periodic cracks in the text blocks, there is a small crack in the rear endpaper of volume 4 along the hinge, and the rear endpaper of Volume 5 is split along the hinge. Pp. vii-x in volume 11 are completely detached, but present. Item #50562
