Hardcover. 437pp. Octavo [24.5 cm] Tan cloth covered boards, with a gilt title stamped on the spine and a gilt stamped vignette on the front cover, both within brown ink stamped panels. The book is subtly darkened at the spine, and has a light moisture stain at the foot of the spine and front board, which extends just a bit to the rear board. The bottom margins of the terminal leaves are mildly rippled. Overall, very good. Housed in a brown paper covered slipcase, which is in good condition only, with moisture damage to the lower extremities. Item #53271
Inscribed by the illustrator, William Moyers, with an original drawing, on the half title page. Inscription reads, "To___, with best wishes - Bill Moyers"
