Fore-edges deckled. Missing two prints (#8 and #15). In a blue cloth slipcase, with a 1" tear to the cloth along the fore-edge, and very minor fading to the side panel. The concept for this book was initiated by Rose Slivka, curator for the exhibition in 1979 "The Book as Art and Artist". A collaboration between artist and bookbinder, the book containing original drawings, etchings, and photographs by Warren Brandt was handbound by Mindell Dubansky at the Center for Book Arts.

Copy number #142 of 650 copies (from an overall edition of 750 numbered copies). Signed by the artist on the limitation page.
