From the Preface- "The Cassia-Oakley Stake, around the turn of the century, was one of the largest and most sparsely populated stakes in the entire Church. It encompassed most of the south central part of Idaho and some of northwest Utah. Included within its boundaries were wards and branches located in several counties, or parts of counties in Idaho, including Twin Falls, Cassia, Minidoka, Jerome, Lincoln, Gooding, Blaine, Camas, Elmore, Ada, and others, and Box Elder County in northern Utah."
