Hardcover. 412pp. Quarto [27.5 cm] Black cloth over boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine, and an illustrated paper label on the front cover. Publisher's black top stain. Gilt stamping is dulled, but legible. Extremities gently bumped and rubbed. Two small tears to cloth at tail of spine, which is frayed. Small damp stain measuring 3 cm in length to paper label on front board. Torn remnants of a previous owner's bookplate on front paste down. There is thin tide mark along the top edge of the pages.
