Large oblong quarto [26 cm] White paper covered boards with a decorative silver stamped title and an illustrated gilt stamped paper label mounted to the front cover. All edges gilt. Fair condition. The covers are rubbed. The underlying boards are exposed along the edges. The majority of the paper is missing from the spine. The hinges are weak, and the front hinge has been covered with tape. C. R. Savage was a renowned Salt Lake City photographer. He made numerous portraits of Brigham Young and other L. D. S. church leaders.
