There is a small dark stain on the fore edge of the front cover. Minor spine roll. There is a barely perceptible gift inscription on the front pastedown. The dust jacket is in good condition only. Yellowed and soiled. The majority of the soiling is on the rear panel. Several small stains on the front panel and spine. There is a moisture stain on the paper at the foot of the spine and on the surrounding areas of the panels. The stain measures 4 inches wide by 1 and 3/4 of an inch tall. There are six small closed tears in the edges. The longest closed tear measures 1 inch long. There are several small chips in the edges as well.
