Large oblong quarto [25.5 cm x 34 cm] Gray printed wraps with an embossed yellow ink stamped title and design on the front wrap, and a string tie binding. Good only. The covers are faded, rubbed and heavily stained. Numerous areas of abrasion on the wraps near the spine. There is a 3/4 inch loss from the paper at the foot of the spine, and there are a couple of closed tears across the folds of the spine as well. The first page is mildly soiled and stained. Occasional light soiling on the tanned pages. Corners gently creased. Item #33609
Half-tone engravings by Williamson & Haffner Engraving Co. C. R. Savage was a renowned Salt Lake City photographer. He made numerous portraits of Brigham Young and other L. D. S. church leaders.
