Good. The edges of the covers and spine are heavily rubbed. There are a couple of small chips in the leather, and the underlying boards are peeking through at the corners. The edges of the endsheets have multiple very light stains. Former owner's ink stamp on the front free endsheet. The text block is cracked multiple times, however it is still quite sturdy.
