Hardcover. 276; [4]pp. Duodecimo [19 cm] Bluish gray striated cloth covered boards with black ink stamped titles on the spine and front cover, and an illustrated paper label mounted to the front cover. Four pages of publisher's advertisements at the rear. Good only. The spine ends and edges of the covers are mildly bumped and rubbed. There are a handful of tiny dot-like stains on the top edge of the text block. The front free endsheet is absent, and there ink stamps on the pastedowns. The preliminary pages are foxed.
