Quarto [27.5 cm] Light rose-colored cloth over boards lettered and pictorially stamped on the backstrip and boards. Publisher's red top stain. White and red pictorial endpapers. Very good. The extremities are lightly soiled and rubbed, and the backstrip is sunned (title still very bold). The cloth at the foot of the spine is slightly frayed. There are multiple small, light moisture stains on the top edge of the text block. The front hinge is a little shaky, the free endsheets are darkened, and the rear pastedown is lightly foxed. A handful of the pages have small stains. Item #43491
