The spine ends and edges of the covers are very lightly bumped and rubbed. The top edge of the text block is foxed, and there are a couple of small light stains on the bottom edge of the text block. There is a gift inscription on the front free endsheet. The dust jacket is very subtly soiled and stained. The lower portion of the spine of the jacket is abraded.
