New York: Boni and Liveright, 1918. First edition. Hardcover. 163pp. Duodecimo [19 cm] Ivory white cloth spine with blue paper covered boards, and black ink stamped titles on the spine and front cover. Very good. There is a small abraded patch in the paper of the rear board. The cloth on the spine is a bit age-toned, and the top edge of the text block is very slightly soiled. The underlying boards are just barely peeking through at the bottom corners of the covers. Item #33191
