White and black illustrated endpapers. Very good condition, with multiple very tiny, light stains on the backstrip. The peach and gold paper covered slipcase is in good condition only, with rubbing and soiling, and occasional splits in the edges. The longest split measures 3" long. Item #43472
Illustrated by the author. The Utah artist, John Held Jr., was one of the best known magazine illustrators of the 1920s, and his designs for F. Scott Fitzgerald jackets became icons of the Jazz Age.
