Extremities moderately rubbed. 1 cm of the underlying board is exposed along the bottom edge of the rear board. A couple of short tears to the cloth at the spine ends (the longer tear measures just under 1 cm deep). Several small, light moisture stains on the rear board. Very Good. Item #69485

This title was awarded the 1987 Massachusetts Children's Book Award, the 1989 New Hampshire Great Stone Face Award, and the 1981 North Dakota Flicker Tale Children's Book Award.
