Robert Crumb, from his humble beginnings as a greeting card artist in Kansas City, went on to become a sixties icon with his work for Zap Comix. He was responsible for creating Fritz the Cat and Mr. Natural, and is now collected by museums and galleries across the globe. He was the subject of the Terry Zwigoff documentary Crumb (1994).

An attractive edition, inscribed by R. Crumb to Neil Passey (dated "1985") on the half title page opposite the copyright page. Neil Passey (1950-1995) was a Utah-born artist whose groundbreaking work in the art poster movement of the '60s and '70s remains the definitive word on Utah psychedelic rock'n'roll art.
