A labor of love initiated in 2008 and--after a series of setbacks--approved for binding by illustrator David Delamare on September 16th, 2016. Tragically, David passed away early in the morning of September 19th. In his absence, the book is signed by the publisher and co-collaborator, David's wife Wendy Ice, on the title page.
