Leather Bound. xii; 623pp. Sextodecimo [16 cm] Full black leather, with the title and gilt stamped designs and borders on the spine, and single gilt-ruled borders on the boards. All edges gilt (with rubbing). Gilt turn-ins. Green and white endpapers. Ex-libris, with a bookplate on the front pastedown and ink stamps and numerical notations on the verso of the title page. 2" cosmetic cracks along the joints at the head of the spine. Spine faded. Hinges reinforced. Rear flyleaf and recto of rear free endpaper also reinforced along the gutters. A dozen minor stains internally. Tiny open tear to p. 353/4. Printing of the pages in the pagination occasionally a bit effaced (all pages in the correct order). Internally sound, collated, and complete. Item #70328
